I’m avoiding using eggs (allergy) and artificial stabilizers in my base. Would you recommend non-fat powdered milk or a combination of tapioca starch/syrup and cream cheese as an alternative? With non-fat powdered milk, what would you say is a good amount to replace 2-4 eggs (1/2 cup?)?
Last questions (promise), are there any other natural alternatives I’m missing?
