Any tips or tricks on emulsifying butter into the ice cream mixture? I’m on my 8 or 9th attempt and it seems I’ve tried nearly everything and I cannot get the butter to not clump up in my Breville ice cream maker. It’s driving me bat sh*t crazy! Please help!! 🙁
