Hi Ruben, I am currently running a business delivering Milkshakes. I started off by buying ice cream from my local wholesaler but now the time has come to get my own machine. Which is the best type to get? Taking mostly into consideration durability and consistency ? At the moment we are going though around 100 plus litres of ice cream a night.

Thanks for getting in touch. Are you looking to invest in a commercial or domestic machine? 100 litres a night is a LOT of ice cream for a domestic machine to handle. I’d recommend having a look at something like the Emery Thompson CB-350 or 12NW.
