I read your comparison review of ice cream makers, where you recommended this one. I’ve used mine for seven yesrs and dozens of recipes. It has one serious weakness: the beater design has blades close together, not ostralel. About 1/4 of your entire mix will adhere to the blades and it’s very difficult to remove. I inevitably end up with melted cream. Have never found a solution
The scrambled word above is “parallel.” The blades of the beater are close together and at different angles. I can’t find a tool to scrape out the ice cream efficiently
