I’m thinking of buying an ice cream freezer for my house to store the ice cream I make, but find that the ones that set the temperature below -15 very expensive. any that you would recommend?

I will share what I have done. Currently I am using no frost upright freezer, It makes Ice faster than chest freezer, also it is less maintenance compare to ordinary upright freezer with frost.
Usually the problem with no frost upright freezer is, it has a defrosting time which potentially lower the temperature of ice cream inside. To minimize the risk, I am using a lot of ice pack inside my no frost upright freezer, by this it helps hold the temperature while automatic defrosting is going on.
My ice cream temperature reaches -30 Celsius (-22 Fahrenheit), I am using digital thermometer.
